*Individual names are not required at this time of online registration. A follow-up email will be sent confirming your reservation and will provide further details on group logistics such as consent forms and permission slips.

I certify that all chaperones are Safe Environment Complaint in the Diocese of Scranton.

I certify that my group will meet the 1 adult to 8 youth ratio that is required by the Diocesan Safe Environment Standards.

I understand that the cost for each registration is $30.

I understand that I can change my reservation up to the deadline date of the Diocesan Youth Rally, which is 2 weeks before the Rally date. To make changes to the reservation I should contact Marianne Guarnieri at mguarnieri@dioceseofscranton.org ATTN: Youth Rally Registration.

I understand that after the deadline date for reservations has passed, my parish will be responsible for the total number of reserved spots (youth and adults), even if my parish does not send this number of youth and adults to the Rally.
