Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish, 2011 State Route 29, Hunlock Creek, PA will be hosting the National Night of Prayer for Life on Sunday, December 8th, 2024 starting at 9 PM and continue until 1 AM on December 9th, 2024.
The four hours, coinciding with the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception, and extending one hour into Dec. 9th to mark the day in 1531 when Our Lady of Guadalupe first appeared in Mexico to Blessed Juan Diego, will be observed to atone for “the senseless slaughter of tens of thousands of innocent preborn babies each year in the United States.

OLMC Parish Grief Journey Ministry will be there with you as you travel the road of grief with Jesus. A four week
Journey session will begin on Monday, September 18 from 6:30 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Our Lady of Mount Carmel at Lake Silkworth: 9/18, 9/25, 10/2, and 10/9.
We will share prayer, information, and listening hearts. If you are suffering from the loss of a loved one, please join us.
