The Saint Monica Prayer Group at Saint Monica Parish in West Wyoming announces it will begin to offer the Christ Life Catholic evangelization series, “Discovering Christ,” during the Easter season. Christ Life is a parish-based ministry that fosters missionary disciples who, by discovering Jesus Christ more personally and following him more intimately in their daily lives, are dedicated to sharing and spreading their Catholic faith. A weekly experience held over the course of approximately two months, the “Discovering Christ” series enables participants to “enter into,” or “renew,” a personal relationship with the Lord, experience the love of the Father, and be empowered by the Holy Spirit to live as Children of God. The series will be hosted at Saint Monica’s every Thursday evening for nine weeks, beginning on April 13, from 6 to 7 p.m. in Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 363 West Eighth St., West Wyoming. Light refreshments will follow each weekly program. Throughout the series, the parish team provides “relational support” necessary to begin and continue to live for Christ.
